1. Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
  • Condition of Item: The item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in the original packaging. All tags, labels, and protective films must be intact.

    • Custom-made products (e.g., prescription eyewear or lenses).
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
    • Opened or used eyewear that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a return, refund, or exchange.

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping returns
