- Custom-made products (e.g., prescription eyewear or lenses).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Opened or used eyewear that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons.
2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
